In this webinar, a subject matter expert (SME) and an XR expert will share their journey in creating the Medical Verse as a destination for XR-based simulation for health care education. Dr. Mitzova-Vladinov is one of the pioneers in the development of XR-based simulation in anesthesia education at University of Miami. She will discuss laying the groundwork for a successful launch of XR-based education and learning in an academic institution. Mr. Fajaro is the CEO of Xennial Digital, an eXtended Reality company that builds enterprise and academic solutions using XR platforms. He will discuss the road to build successful partnerships with academic institutions and moving forward with entrepreneurial development of the concepts. They will give specific examples of successful implementation of VR simulation at University of Miami.
